Insurance loss after being completely submerged. Battery is dead. Pontoons are dented/scratched, exterior walls/bumpers are scratched and dented (see pics). Windshield is missing and the bimini top frame is bent. We drained the oil and water out of the engine and flushed. We could only get the engine to idle, it wouldn't throttle up. NO TRAILER.
