| Battery needs a charge or replacement. Propane tanks are missing. No keys. Roof has a repair patch on the left side above the slide out. Siding on left rear has some damage but normal fading/paint peeling/scratches on exterior for age and use otherwise. Interior has signs of wear. Carpet is stained, floor vent in bedroom is broken, vinyl floor has a tear in it, screen door is torn/missing some on bottom, and the main mattress is missing. Slight odor. Tires are weather cracked but still have 50% tread. See pictures for further details. |
