Battery needs to be replaced. Rear A/C cover and bathroom vent are both broken. Left rear corner cap is torn loose and the fiberglass around the unit is faded and torn in spots. Rear bedroom left wall, rear wall inside cabinet, and the wall next to the booth seating all appear to have water damage. The headliner in the shower is stained and linoleum floor is loose and bubbled. Other interior areas have normal wear/stains. The engine has a noisy belt/pulley. Generator will run as long as you hold the start button (shuts off if you release button). The exhaust leaks at the manifold. Reverse does not work. See pictures for further details.
