Description: 1952 Chris Craft Riviera 18' classic wood boat powered by what appears to be the original Chris Craft engine (model 283, engine ID 833540). This includes the trailer shown (19.5') and requires a 2" coupler and a 4 pin flat electrical connector. This could be the perfect project for the classic wooden boat enthusiast.
Engine battery is missing. Trailer paint is faded and the wheel hubs are leaking. Tires (175/80/12-13) are weathered with 50% tread. The hull shows cracking at the seams, has some water stains, and shows signs of use (shown in pictures). The wood on the top side is curling and cracking in the seams as well. Interior has some slight sun fading and shows some wear. The starter clicks and the engine makes a buzzing sound when trying to crank it over. Engine does turn when in gear with winch pulley but not by hand. Jumped the starter straight and engine cranks but is labored and slow. See pictures for further details.
