| No keys. Battery needs a charge or replacement. Tires (205/75R14) have 25% tread and are weathered. Four of the driver side windows are broken. Rear fold down canvas has chew holes and is loose. Both front and rear seals for folding beds are dried and cracked. Most window seals leaked when pressure washing. The entire floor inside is soft to some extent, water stains under the lower bunk mattress, and top bunk & rear mattresses are missing. Some cabinets do not latch, bathroom faucet knobs are present but not installed, and bathroom cold water faucet doesn't turn off. There was evidence of mice when this unit came in. The upholstery shows some wear and the couch has a hole in the fabric. The handle for the antenna is missing, a mini blind in the driver's side front is missing, sliding cover on screen door is broken, and there was no power inside the unit at all.
