Battery needs to be replaced. Front tires (215/70R15) have 25% tread and rear tires have 75% tread. Body has typical rust down low, left corner of front bumper cover is broken/missing, and the right fender is dented and spray painted. The handle for the hood release cable is broken and the carpet is stained. The exhaust is loud and the engine make a whining noise (see video). Unable to test drive as vehicle wouldn't stay running without a jump pack on. It did run and move around our lot.
