| Engine and coach batteries need to be replaced. Tires (225/75R16) have 75% tread but are weather cracked. The exterior shows typical wear from use. The rear fender flare is cracked. The carpets are stained but otherwise, the interior shows typical wear from use. Unit sustained an engine fire and transmission failure during transport to our Georgetown, TX location. Also, on arrival, it showed signs of rodents (droppings and chewed wires). Currently, there is no power to the entire unit. We were able to document the mileage as 8,823 before power was lost. Will not pass Texas inspection as is. See pictures for further details. |
