Decals/graphics are cracked and peeling, multiple areas are dented/scraped/cracked and showing wear and use, the entry handle and rear ladder were replaced (old holes caulked), and the ladder is loose at the top. Plywood floor in hallway feels loose, there is a hole in the left wall panel in the rear bedroom, and the rear bedroom right/rear walls/ceiling show light water damage (walls are a little soft and bubbled).
