| No keys. Tires (205/75R14) are weather cracked with 75% tread. Coach battery needs to be replaced and the propane tanks are missing. The right side fender is broken, main awning is torn, left siding has 4 small cuts, and the rear entry step is loose. The interior shows heavy wear and the flooring and furniture are stained, the entry door is cracked around the window, there is a mildew odor, and floor in the left rear corner of the living room is water damaged and needs to be repaired. The dining table is coming apart, the dining booth cushions and main mattress are missing, and the bathroom door and wall have holes. See pictures for further details. |
