Roof has had a repair on the front right corner (seems solid but roof covering is loose). Exterior has typical fading, peeling graphics/paint, and dings. The main awning is torn. The ceiling in the main living are and bedroom are water damaged and is sagging/falling, there is a mildew odor, and the carpets are stained. Generator turns over but will not start.
