This RV shows fairly typical wear from use and age. Coach battery needs a charge or replacement. Tires (275/80R22.5) are cracked with 50% tread. The roof is scratched on the right side, roof vent is broken, and the rear AC is damaged. The siding is cracked above right front tire, scratches along both lower sides, cracked below left tail light, middle compartment door and in front of rear tire on left side are damaged, main awning fabric is missing, and the entry steps are not working. Bedroom door may need to be adjusted as it catches on the bottom when closing and the passenger sun shade will not stay up. See pictures for further details.
