| No keys, battery, propane tanks, awning, or leveling jacks. One of the tires (225/75R15) is splitting on the side wall and they all have 50% tread. The exterior is faded and has typical dings/dents from use. The roof leaks. Living room slide out ceiling has severe water damage (it is falling down/moldy/damp). Linoleum flooring is split. Floor is soft in front of sliding door entry way. Has pet odor. Couch and recliner are worn/upholstery is coming apart. Carpet is stained. Master bedroom bed is broken/not attached. Bathroom sink is broken/cracked. The slide out controls do not work and must be put in/out manually and the living room slide out does not close all the way. See photos for additional damage. |
