No keys or propane tanks. Battery needs to be charge or replaced. Tires (205/75R15) are cracked with 25% tread. The spare and one mounted tire are both flat. Unit will need at least one new tire before it is tow-able. Roof and front of the trailer are water damaged and the side is separating (see pictures). Entire unit has soft floors, water damage in the front bedroom (floors, walls, ceiling, etc.), shower head hose is broken, and there is a musty odor throughout the unit. There may be more damage not visible. See pictures for further details.
