EXTERIOR: Graphics wear/scuffs/dings/paint stains, etc. around the exterior. Rust spots in a few areas and on the roof ladder. Rear bumper is dented/scraped and slightly bent on the passenger side. Left rear corner is separated and the wood underneath is deteriorated.
INTERIOR: Drawer under the refrigerator does not close properly, TV is missing, interior of shower is scuffed and stained, bedroom has 2 missing drawers and one that will not close fully, water damage to rear wall that corresponds to exterior separation, loose outlet and water faucet in the kitchen, glue residue on kitchen wall, and the floor is soft near the shower.
MECHANICAL: Generator does not start and hours are unknown (no power to generator). The awning arms look tweaked to the left (pic). Starting battery is dead and coach battery is missing.
