Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread
Insurance loss. / Please see all pictures.
Exterior: Scuffs and scratches. Hole in siding on left side, left wheel trim damaged. Dent/hole on driver's side.
Interior: Scuffs and scratches, hole behind living area slide out. Backsplash in kitchen is damaged.
Mechanical: The battery needs a replacement and the manufacturer's tag is missing. Driver's side living area slideout does extend, but due to the exterior damages we did not want to further damage the unit (making popping noises).
**NOTICE**
Units can only be legally driven or towed (if a trailer) on public roadways if they have a current inspection before the time of sale and a valid E-Tag displayed. If the purchaser (TEXAS RESIDENTS ONLY) obtains an inspection after the sale, they must acquire a thirty (30) day permit from a local county tax office.
