Description: 2014 Coachmen Catalina 273BH featuring a front bedroom, double bunks, a full kitchen, and rear bath.

Exterior: Delamination in the front and water damage inside the storage compartment. The left edge of the roof is soft. The outdoor kitchen is warped and missing the sink. Bottom of the entry door handle has been pulled from the siding.

Interior: The floor is soft in the entry way and in front of the sofa. Water damage in the bedroom ceiling and soft spots on both sides of the bed. The shower ceiling is also soft. Mildew odor. No keys included.
