Exterior: The front cap is cracked on the left side and water leaks into the interior from the front right. Tape along the skirting on the right side of the body and the awning has been removed. The entry door steps do not operate, and the door frame is separating from the flooring/wall.
Interior: The bedroom walls/flooring are soft and water-damaged. The bunkroom is disassembled/water damaged. Flooring is missing in front of the entry door with a piece of plywood in its place. Cabinets have holes, stains in the carpets/flooring, and the refrigerator handles are missing. Mildew odor. See pictures for condition.
Tire Condition: 50% tread
Other: The slide-outs do not operate. The 7-way electrical connector is damaged, the rear stabilizer jack assembly is missing the motor, and the electric tongue jack is damaged with wires disconnected. No keys, battery, or propane tanks.
