Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.

Exterior: The windows on the left side and the entry door are secured with tape (will not stay closed). The left slideout and rear are delaminated. Hole through the flooring of the front left corner. The rear jacks are bent, and the jack on the left side is tied.

Interior: The flooring and walls are soft in various locations. See pictures for condition. Foul odor.

Mechanical: No keys or battery. The right slideout and electric tongue jack do not operate. One propane tank included.
