Exterior: The main awning is torn and does not retract. The lower portion of the rear ladder is bent/cracked. Clearcoat peeling, scuffs, and scratches in various locations around the body. View photos for cosmetic blemishes.
Interior: Light water damage in the upper bathroom wall.
Mechanical: Appears to have electrical issues. The slide-outs, leveling jacks, backup camera, and side cameras do not operate. The inverter control panel shows a temperature fault. The generator turns over, but does not start. Unable to access the generator due to the sliding compartment not opening. No coach batteries included. Has broken water lines internally at unknown locations (Unable to winterize).
