Exterior: Some of the compartment doors are taped shut. The left rear compartment doors are bent and scraped on the bottom. Hot water heater cover is missing. The entry door had been pried open.
Interior: Prior water damage above the entry door. Water stains and soft areas in the living room/kitchen ceiling. Light fixtures have fallen from soft spots in the ceiling. See images for additional details.
Mechanical: Unable to test the generator due to low fuel. The slide-outs do not operate. ABS and the Check Engine Lights are on.
