Exterior: The awning and brackets are missing. Dent in the front left skirting. The rear of the slide-out floor is water-damaged, and the rear slide wall warped. The rear right compartment door is bowed. See pictures for additional details.
Interior: The screen door latch is broken, and the handle is missing. Living room and kitchen floors are covered with plywood, with soft and water-damaged subflooring beneath. The bathroom floor is water-damaged around the toilet. The right side of the bedroom floor is water-damaged with two large tears. A hole in the rear slide-out wall has been covered with a board and tape. The slide-out ceiling is bowed at the center, and the trim is loosely secured with screws.
Tire Condition: 25% tread and cracked.
Other: The tongue jack does not operate (will work manually). The unit has no battery or propane tanks.
