Description: 2012 Wildwood Heritage Glen Lite Series 272RED equipped with two slideouts, a master bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.
Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.

Exterior: The rear right and front left slideout windows are broken. The roof A/C cover is missing, and the roof is soft around the vents and various other areas. The weather stripping on the left slideout is missing, leaving a gap (interior exposed). The rear is delaminated, paint/graphics are faded, and scratches/dings in various locations around the body.

Interior: Stains on the walls and ceiling. Wear on wood trims/cabinetry.

Mechanical: The left slideout motor is missing. Both slideouts do not operate and are secured with ratchet straps. The electric jack does not operate (must operate manually). No keys.
