Tire Condition: Worn / 50% tread.
Exterior: The rear roof vent cover is cracked, and there is a soft spot in front of it. The bathroom vent cover is missing, and there are small tears in the roof membrane in multiple areas. Impact damage on the rear right corner with damaged signal lights. Dent in the front left side of the nose, and both awning supports are bent. The entry door grab handle is missing, and the steps are disconnected (with the unit). Scuffs and dings in the body.
Interior: The screen door, cabinet handles/doors, microwave, trim, water heater cover, and hardware for the hood vent are missing. Dents in the refrigerator, stains in the furniture upholstery, wallpaper peeling, and damage to the kitchen faucet base. Nicotine stains on the walls and ceiling. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: Slide-out will not operate as designed and currently requires direct power connection to wiring underneath the unit to function. No keys or propane tanks. Not all lug nuts are present on the wheels. |
