Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The roof decking is water damaged/soft in front of the a/c unit and on the front left transition strip. The transition strip has been poorly repaired/painted over. The top right side of the nose is damaged/repaired with an aluminum plate. The entry door lock cylinder is damaged. Scratches and dings in various locations around the body.

Interior: Missing one dinette bench. Heavy nicotine odor and stains. View photos for condition.
