Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.
Exterior: Patches on the roof along the left side. The rear left slideout flooring is water damaged/soft. The fenders are cracked, the entry steps are damaged (broken support bar), and the rear ladder is broken off (located in the unit). Dents and scuffs in the body.
Interior: Missing portions of the bathroom flooring with a hole in the flooring behind the toilet. The shower has been replaced with a trough and an aluminum panel installed on the wall. Stains in the carpets, and wear on cabinetry in various locations. The microwave and furniture have been removed. See pictures.
Mechanical: The bedroom slideout does not operate. No propane tanks included. |
