Exterior: The windshield is cracked and taped on the bottom seal. The front right corner is scuffed, grille is loose, and the left slide-out awning torn. Both lower rear corners are dented, delaminated and water damaged. Delamination to the lower right of the entry door. The entry door had been pried open and the locks drilled out. Bathroom roof vent is cracked and sealed off. The upper front roof seams above the cab windows on both sides are separating. The rear awning bracket hardware is damaged and loose.
Interior: The kitchen countertop laminate is peeled up. Gouge in the wall panel near the entry.
Mechanical: Check engine light is on (Unable to scan). Right rear slide-out motor does not operate. We are unable to open manually due to a rounded off bolt head.
Tire Condition: 50% Tread
