Exterior: Fading/peeling gel coat and scratches and chips consistent with age. The roof is membrane is weathered. Cracks and scuffs in the rear bumper corners. Cracked fiberglass panel below the entry door and a crack in the rear side wall fiberglass of the front slide-out. The bottom of the roof ladder is partially broken off. The under sides of both slide-outs are water damaged. Crack in the windshield with a leak on the driver's side.
Interior: Soft spot in the floor with carpet stains behind the driver's seat at the slide-out corner. Heavy carpet stains around the bed. Multiple cracked floor tiles in the kitchen and hallway. The shower skylight frame is cracked. See images for additional details.
Mechanical: The coach batteries need replacing.
