Exterior: Fading in areas, and scuffs and chips in the rear corners. The passengers mirror housing and exterior vent on the right side are cracked.
Interior: The corners around the slide outs have wrinkled wallpaper with water damage. The ceiling above the living room slide-out is torn. See images for additional details.
Mechanical: The engine and coach batteries need replacing. No power to any electrical interior functions including the lights and slide-outs; even when plugged in to shore power. The generator is untested. Unable to confirm mileage due to a faulty LED display on the instrument cluster (mileage unknown).
Tire Condition: 50% Tread
