Description: 2001 Tycoon Rodeo 8' x 30.5' 3-Horse w/Living Quarters. This trailer features a front sleeping quarters, kitchen, walk thru bath with shower, large tack room, and an Onan MicroQuiet 3600LP generator.

Exterior: Dent in the upper front left corner. A few outdoor lights are broken/missing covers. The awning is strapped closed. See images for additional details.

Interior: The floor is soft and floor planks separating in the living quarters. The refrigerator has been removed, the entry screen door is off, and cabinets/wall paneling stained. A bathroom cabinet door is broken and another door off the hinges. The front right window is taped.

Mechanical: The generator turns over, but is untested (no propane tanks with unit).
