Exterior: Crack in the fiberglass on the front right edge. Dents and scratches to the corner of the center left slide-out, the left fender, skirting, and the underbelly on the left side consistent with a tire blowout. The front storage compartment door is dented inwards. The awning is frayed. The front left, rear left, and both of the right slide-outs have soft and damaged roofs and floors. The rear panel is delaminating and separating on the left edge. There are various cuts across the roof membrane (See photos for additional details). Heavy water damage in the left rear corner.
Interior: Worn/flaking furniture upholstery. Torn carpet inside the fireplace cabinet. Loose panel on the rear of the kitchen island. The floor on the left side of the bedroom is soft. The rear closet wall in the bedroom is split apart from water damage.
Tire Condition: 50% Tread.
Other: Keys, battery, and propane tanks not included.
