| Description: 2014 Ice Castle Mille Lacs 8' x 16' Fish House featuring 6-fishing holes, a kitchen, two dinettes, two bunks, and a manually operated lift. |
Insurance Loss: Per insurance, "Hit pothole and the tire blew, fish house hit ground causing damage to axle and possibly bent frame". Heavy rust on the frame and the propane tank bracket is rusted off. The left leaf spring is held in the shackle with a screwdriver and the lift mechanism is bent and cable broken. The entry door frame is twisted and there's a couple cracks above it.
The roof is bent upward. Homemade skylights have been installed. Loose siding on the front right and has been fastened with screws in areas. Hail dings in the siding throughout. Missing the right fender and tongue jack. Unit was towed in on a trailer and it is unknown if it is towable on the road. See images for additional details.
Tire Condition: 75% Tread. Weathered/cracked.
