Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The front right edge of the roof is soft/water-damaged with tears in the membrane. The paint/graphics are faded and peeling with scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The flooring between the dinette slideout and kitchen island, right side of the bedroom floor, and the ceiling above the right window in the bedroom are soft/water-damaged. The bathroom flooring has been replaced with plywood (subflooring is water-damaged). Tears in the kitchen flooring, the refrigerator interior is stained yellow/missing shelves, and the living area furniture has been removed. Stains in the carpets and on the walls in areas. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: No keys or propane tanks. The tongue jack does not operate, and is off the mount. The front stabilizer jacks are disconnected (stuck halfway open).
