Tire Condition: Cracked / 25% tread.
Exterior: The slideout roofs are soft, water-damaged, and have tears in the membrane. The right slideout flooring is separating and water-damaged. Upper rear left seam is split and separating, and the ladder mounting point on the left side is broken. Tape residue around the rear window, the awning is damaged/torn, and one of the support arms is disconnected on the right side of the entry steps. Sun faded with scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The bedroom flooring is soft, the front right corner is separating, and the right wall is soft/water-damaged. The bathroom ceiling is water-damaged above the sink. The wall and flooring to the left of the dinette slideout are soft/water-damaged, and there is a hole through the dinette slideout flooring. The furniture is worn, carpets are stained, and wood trims/cabinetry are peeling in various locations. The refrigerator, dinette chairs, and toilet lid are missing. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: No keys, battery, or propane tank. The tongue jack does not extend. |
