Exterior: The roof is soft/water-damaged on the center and rear slideouts. Decals fading on the front nose, with scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.

Interior: The refrigerator and dinette are missing. The kitchen faucet spout is detached (missing hardware), two holes in the front bedroom wall, and the bathroom door/door handle are damaged. Stains in the carpets and wear on the furniture upholstery/cabinetry. Nicotine stains on the walls, and a pet odor is present. See pictures for details.
