Exterior: The rear half of the roof is sunken in and the membrane bubbled. The roof has been patched around the ladder mounts. The upper wall above the right slide-out is cracked and patched. Dent in the right rear skirting and a crack in the fiberglass under the front right window. Missing the right tail light cover and entry door grab handle.
Interior: The ceiling is cracked and sloped down, resting on the slide-outs. Water damage in the top of the kitchen slide-out and the wall above. The living room slide-out ceiling has a large crack with water damage. Discoloration in the woodwork from water exposure. The fireplace glass is missing, bathroom faucet handle broken, and emergency exit window latch broken. No keys included. See images for condition.
Mechanical: The rear slide-outs are operational, but we did not attempt to extend them due to the condition of the roof and slide-outs.
