Exterior: The lower front is pushed upward and water damage is present inside the compartment. The landing gear is missing. Scuffs in the upper front left with a missing light cover, and dings and scratches in the right skirting. Most of the underbelly is missing with some exposed wiring cut beneath. The shore power cable does not retract and has been tied to the ladder. The front entry door awning does not close, rear A/C cover is cracked, and the center A/C unit damaged.
Interior: The floor to the right of the dinette slide-out is water damaged. Missing trim from some of the slide-outs. Crack in the left living room slide-out wall. Carpet stains throughout. Unable to access some areas to fully inspect.
Mechanical: The slide-outs do not operate and the right rear slide-out is partially extended about 8 inches. Both front slide-out motor assemblies have been disassembled, and the slide-outs are secured in place with a strap. No keys included.
Tire Condition: 25% Tread
