Exterior: The rear right corner of the roof is soft and water-damaged. Blowout damage on the left side, and half of the fender is missing. The entry steps are disconnected (with the unit), and the front portion of the right fender is detached. Scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The entryway flooring is torn/water-damaged, and there is no remaining support left. Holes/cracks in the living area wall and bedroom door. The refrigerator door handle is broken, the kitchen countertop is peeling around the sink, and wood trims/panels missing in areas. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. The front stabilizer jacks are bent/do not operate, and the rear stabilizer jack arms are missing.
Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
