Exterior: The slide-out awning is torn and weathered. Various dings and scratches as shown. Missing a step from the front entry staircase and the rear staircase is bent. Roofing tape has been applied around the slide-out skylights.
Interior: Missing a dinette seat and furniture from the front bedroom (the exposed exterior compartment doors have been sealed shut). Plywood covering a soft spot in the main entry. Two tears in the kitchen flooring. Water damage in the bathroom ceiling and in the wall to the rear of the slide-out with a soft spot in the floor below. Water stains on the front bedroom wall and floor corners. See images for additional details.
Tire Condition: 75% tread and weathered/cracked.
