Exterior: Surface rust forming around the rear bumper and grill. Soft spots in the underside of the left slide-out. There is a staple in the fiberglass at the top right corner of the left slide-out on the body. A small cut in the roofing membrane near the vent cap.
Interior: Upholstery is heavily worn. The bathroom wall is pushed in to the right of the left slide-out. one of the mini tables beside the back sofa has come unmounted. A dent in the bathroom door. The bathroom vent and the shower are yellowed. The wall above the left slide-out to the back wall has soft spots. Soft spots in the flooring around the entrance and the kitchen island have soft spots. There is a leak in the water lines behind the toilet.
