Exterior: The exterior kitchen is water-damaged, soft/collapsing, and the sink is missing. The slideout is bent/warped. The water heater access panel and marker light covers are missing. Sun faded paint/decals with scuffs and dings in the body.
Interior: The flooring is soft and water-damaged in various locations. The slideout flooring is damaged/covered with spray foam, and has separated from the walls (not securely attached). Stains on the floors, walls, and ceiling. The inoperable slideout prevented access to the rear rooms. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: The slideout is inoperable. The slide floor moves in and out, but the slideout walls do not move with it. No keys or battery included. The leveling jacks are damaged, and only half of the interior lights operate.
Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.
