Exterior: The main entry door staircase is missing bolts and is loose on one side. Tape appears to have been applied to the upper seam of the front slide-out to divert water entry.
Interior: Worn/flaking furniture upholstery. The front half of the living room slide-out ceiling is soft and warped (water damage). Bubbled wallpaper to the lower right of the bed (possible prior water exposure but feels solid). See images for additional details.
Tire Condition: 50% tread and weathered/cracked.
Other: No keys included. The electric tongue jack does not operate.
