Exterior: The fiberglass is cracked on either side of the front edge. Small dent in the right side of the rear bumper. The bottom glass of the window to the right of the rear entrance is missing; the window has been covered. The rearmost roof vent is missing its cover. The exterior kitchen is missing its appliances. Soft spots and torn underbellies on the underside of the right and rear-left slide-out.
Interior: The mount for the stairs on the front entrance is loose, making deploying the stairs difficult. Upholstery is worn. Heavy wear to cabinets and trim. The stove cover is missing. Tears in the flooring in the kitchen and near the front entrance. Cargo bay flooring s stained. Scuffs, stains, and an impact hole in the walls of the cargo bay.
Mechanical: Electrical trailer connections have been modified; a junction box was added to the unit; see photo for details. Keys not included.
Tire Condition: 50% Tread.
