The awning is torn and secured with ratchet straps. Adhesive residue along the skirting on the right side of the body, with scratches and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The kitchen flooring has been patched, the pantry door handle is missing, and an aftermarket refrigerator has been installed (does not fit correctly). The door between the bedroom and bathroom is missing. Cabinet doors/wood trims are damaged and missing in various locations. Stains in the carpets and holes/stains in the walls. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: No keys.
