Exterior: The front right edge of the roof has no remaining support, and there is a large patch down the left edge (water-damaged). The roof membrane is torn along the rear right, front right, and front left edges. The rear right compartment flooring is water-damaged. The grab handle's upper mounting hardware and rear awning support cover are missing. The rear portion of the left fender has been resealed. Exterior decals are faded, with dents on the front left side and scratches/dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The base of the shower tub is soft/water-damaged, and the walls are yellowed. The toilet is heavily stained, and the lid is missing. The furniture upholstery is stained/damaged, the kitchen countertop is cracked with sections missing, and the dinette table/bench seating is missing. The top bunk is bowed/lifting, missing a panel below the refrigerator, and there is a cut in the flooring near the entryway. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: No keys, battery, or propane tanks included.
Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
