Exterior: Fading in the front. The slide-out floor is sagging and the front slide-out seal is separated.

Interior: Water damage in the front bedroom wall and ceiling and in the left bedroom wall and floor. The slide-out ceiling is sagging from heavy water damage. Spongy area in the floor in front of the bathroom. Heavy stains in the furniture and flooring, and wear in the woodwork and cabinetry. Missing the dinette seats and living room dinette table.
