Exterior: Heavy delamination in the front and rear. Decals are faded. Broken window latches on the left side (taped closed). Loose trim below the rear door. The awning is missing. The refrigerator access panel does not stay in place. Water damage in the front storage compartment. See images for additional details.
Interior: Various cabinet panels are scratched, broken, or missing. The fuse box cover is missing. Water damage across the interior walls and floors, with some very soft spots in the floor. The sofa upholstery is flaking. Tears in the bedroom wallpaper. Rips in the flooring near the front entrance. The bottom bunk has been converted into a kennel. Pet odor.
Tire Condition: 50% tread and cracked.
Other: Propane tanks not included. The battery needs charging or replacement. The trailer jack does not operate.
