Interior: The furniture upholstery, wallpaper, and the kitchen countertop are worn/peeling. Walls and cabinetry have been repainted in areas. Dinette set and living area furniture are missing. Plywood had been installed over the rear bedroom window for an A/C unit, but has been removed. The window has a gap between the frame and the window, with tape around it. See pictures.
Mechanical: The generator turns over, but unable to test due to low fuel.
Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
