Engine cranks but does not start. We only have the ignition key for this vehicle. There are scratches and scuffs from use, there is some surface rust starting to form, the front and rear bumpers are missing, there is no spare tire, the wipers and signals do not work, the driver door handle is loose, the battery may need to be charged or replaced, a wheel stud is broken off at the right rear, the soft top is patched and torn, the brakes do not work (e-brake does), the interior is worn, the carpeting is loose and torn, the radio does not work, the dash panel is loose, both door panels are torn, the passenger window crank handle is broken, and the accelerator pedal is missing.
