Description: 2006 Rockwood (by Forest River) HW256 equipped with a 3,890 GVWR, 2" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 50% tread, audio system, two bed, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Roof is water damaged and leaks.

Interior: Ceiling and floor are soft and water damaged. Canvas is also stained/moldy.

Mechanical: Battery, propane tanks, and cable pulley for raising/lowering unit are all missing. The cable to raise and lower the unit is also broken (had to manually pull cable to open/close).
