Exterior: There is a hole in the front lower left corner, hail damage to the front of the unit, the vent cover above the microwave is broken, and there are light scratches/dings in the body.

Interior: There is a chip in the bathroom sink, light wear in the dining room bench corners, the carbon meter is falling off, and the vent under the fridge appears to have water damage. Light wear in the unit.

Mechanical: One of the propane tanks are missing and the battery needs to be replaced.
